Planungsleistungen f\u00fcr den Bahnhof Frankfurt\/Main S\u00fcd<\/h1><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Der Durchgangsbahnhof Frankfurt\/Main S\u00fcd (FFS) liegt in Frankfurt am Main, im Stadtteil Sachsenhausen. Er ist einer von vier Fernbahnh\u00f6fen der Metropole und ein wichtiger Halt f\u00fcr Z\u00fcge des Nah- und Fernpersonenverkehrs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-dbec-core-layout-column  column is-6-small is-6-medium column--expanded\"><div class=\"layout-column\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-dbec-core-layout-text  wp-block-dbec-core-layout-text--expanded\"><div class=\"layout-column layout-column--text\">\n<p>Um den Verkehr am Frankfurter Bahnhof S\u00fcd zu entflechten, werden die Bahnsteigkanten im Bahnsteigbereich angepasst. Am Kreuzungsbauwerk Schlachthof ist ein Abzweig zur Einfahrt von Frankfurt-Ost in die n\u00f6rdlichen Bahnsteiggleise geplant. So werden sich Kreuzungskonflikte mit der Strecke Frankfurt S\u00fcd\u2013Aschaffenburg vermeiden lassen. Durch die Einbindung von Gleis 10 werden zudem k\u00fcnftig die Betriebsabl\u00e4ufe der Verbindung Frankfurt Stadion\u2013Frankfurt S\u00fcd optimiert. In einem weiteren Schritt werden die Weichenverbindungen im West- und Ostkopf angepasst, um die Zul\u00e4ufe zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-dbec-core-layout-grid  layout-grid layout-grid--outer-margin-small layout-grid--expanded\"><div class=\"grid grid--child-margin-none\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-dbec-core-layout-column  column is-6-small is-6-medium column--expanded\"><div class=\"layout-column\">\n<p>Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen werden k\u00fcnftig zur Verbesserung der P\u00fcnktlichkeit, durch Beseitigung von Kreuzungs- und Folgekonflikten, B\u00fcndelung und richtungsabh\u00e4ngige Systematisierung der Fahrten und Entzerrung der Verkehrsstr\u00f6me beitragen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-dbec-core-layout-grid  layout-grid layout-grid--outer-margin-small layout-grid--expanded\"><div class=\"grid grid--child-margin-none\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-dbec-core-layout-column  column is-6-small is-6-medium column--expanded\"><div class=\"layout-column\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading headline-h3\" id=\"h-geplanter-ausbau-im-rahmen-des-konzepts-frankfurt-rheinmain-plus\"><strong>Geplanter Ausbau im Rahmen des Konzepts Frankfurt RheinMain plus<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Ausbau des Knotens Frankfurt erfolgt im Rahmen des Programms Frankfurt RheinMain plus (FRMplus). Das Programm hat das Ziel die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit des Schienennetzes in dem Rhein-Main-Gebiet zu verbessern.
