F\u00fcr den dreigleisigen Ausbau der <a href=\"https:\/\/emmerich-oberhausen.de\/das-projekt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ABS 46\/2<\/a> wurde auf dem Bauwerk au\u00dferdem bereits ein drittes Gleis vorgesehen. Der dreigleisige Ausbau der Strecke wird f\u00fcr mehr Kapazit\u00e4ten auf dieser wichtigen G\u00fcterverkehrsachse sorgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading headline-h3\"><strong><strong>Br\u00fccke wurde an ihren Zielort unter die Gleise verschoben<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Vorarbeiten f\u00fcr den Bau der Eisenbahn\u00fcberf\u00fchrung begannen bereits 2020 mit der Herstellung der Baugrube neben den Bahngleisen, in der die Br\u00fccke seit Dezember 2020 errichtet wurde. Weil die Baugrube im \u00dcberschwemmungsgebiet der Lippe-M\u00fcndung lag, musste der Grundwasserspiegel zum Schutz der Baugrube f\u00fcr die Dauer der Bauarbeiten um einige Meter gesenkt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer vierw\u00f6chigen Sperrpause, w\u00e4hrend der die Bahnstrecke <a href=\"https:\/\/db-engineering-consulting.com\/de\/projekte\/dreigleisiger-ausbau-emmerich-oberhausen-2\/\">Emmerich-Oberhausen<\/a> vollst\u00e4ndig gesperrt war, wurde die Br\u00fccke an ihren Zielort unter die Gleise verschoben. Daf\u00fcr musste der Bahndamm in diesem Streckenabschnitt zun\u00e4chst vollst\u00e4ndig abgetragen und die Schienen entfernt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der eigentliche Br\u00fcckeneinschub dauerte \u00fcber 10 Stunden, denn es galt, 70 Meter vom Herstellort bis zur Endposition zu \u00fcberwinden. Mit ihren knapp 10.000 Tonnen Gewicht ist die Br\u00fccke \u00e4hnlich schwer wie der Pariser Eiffelturm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Wie bewegt man 10.000 Tonnen?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Gewicht zu bewegen, erfordert langj\u00e4hriges Know-how: Mittels Hydraulikpressen wird das Bauwerk angehoben und auf vier Verschubbahnen in die richtige Position geschoben. Durchschnittlich 7 Meter pro Stunde bewegt sich das Bauwerk dabei. Dank des gro\u00dfen und engagierten Einsatzes aller Beteiligten konnte der straffe Zeitplan gehalten werden.
