SHE.C.O. is a women’s network at DB E.C.O. Group that offers women with and without management experience a safe platform for connection, mutual support and inspiration. It’s open to all women at the company who want to actively shape their professional growth. It aims to promote participants’ career and personal development and increase the percentage of women in management positions. The network is supplemented by lectures, training sessions and other measures that members can help organize themselves.
You can grow your network, exchange ideas with like-minded people, gain new perspectives and receive support for your career development.
