As one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing economies, Vietnam is embarking on an ambitious journey to upgrade its railway system, including plans to invest more than USD 100 billion in infrastructure projects. The centerpiece of this transformation is the proposed 1,540 km North–South high-speed railway line connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City – a flagship project valued at an estimated USD 67–70 billion.
DB Engineering & Consulting (DB E&C) will participate as part of the German Pavilion, organized by AHK Vietnam, with a dedicated focus on High-Speed Rail. Throughout the event, our team will share international best practices and demonstrate digital solutions successfully implemented in other countries – solutions that can be tailored to support Vietnam’s rail transformation and contribute to building an efficient, safe, and sustainable transport network.
