Three years ago, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA) and the International Association of Public Transport (UITP) founded this international congress in Singapore, which has since become one of the largest events of its kind in Southeast Asia.
This year, the UITP’s International Rail Conference, which shares a similar focus on rail transport, is being integrated within the event for the first time.
At SITCE, topics such as technology, planning, systems and solutions for rail transport will be discussed. Another of the questions to be addressed will be how digital technology can change the railway landscape and to what extent innovative solutions need to be created for passenger transport.
DB Engineering & Consulting, a Deutsche Bahn company that is active across Germany and around the world, will also have a booth, from which it will present customized and high-caliber technology solutions for infrastructure, mobility and Transport.
