From carrying out root cause analyses to implementing measures successfully

A far-reaching agreement intended to stabilize economic performance and increase service quality at Kazakhstan’s national railway company has been signed by representatives of the company and by DB Engineering & Consulting in Nur-Sultan (formerly Astana).

DB Engineering & Consulting has been commissioned with the project, which is designed to completely transform the Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ) national railway company over a two-year period, for the two phases below:

Preparing corporate development strategies regarding the purchase of new trains, the modernization of equipment and maintenance of existing rolling stock, and sales and ticketing
Implementing the strategies in everyday operations and monitoring their impact for effective change management
