Celebrate with us and win one Bluetooth speaker

Anyone who uses the DB Engineering & Consulting website has the chance to take part in our competition, which runs from 12 PM on July 26, 2021 until 12 AM August 8, 2021. No more entries will be accepted after the competition closes.

To participate in the competition, you must follow DB Engineering & Consulting on LinkedIn and submit the form below with your contact details (first and last names, e-mail address).

The winners’ names will be selected at random. Each participant is restricted to one prize.

Participating in the competition is free of charge, though a participant may incur costs for using the internet to participate.

All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.

All persons involved in designing and implementing the competition are ineligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the organizing party reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if it has justified reasons to do so. Such reasons include the following:

(a) Manipulation in connection with access to or performance of the competition (b) Breaches of these participation conditions (c) Unfair practices (d) False or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Prize

Participants can win one of five ICE mini Bluetooth speakers worth 29,90 € each with the dimensions: approx. 10,2 x 4,8 x 5,4 cm.

The winners’ names will be selected using a raffle procedure at the end of the competition on August 8, 2021. 

Notification

The winners will receive notification in the form a separate e-mail, and they will be asked to provide a postal address.

Only the winners are entitled to receive the prizes. Prizes cannot be collected in person. A cash payment in lieu of a prize is not possible. Prizes cannot be exchanged. A prize may not be transferred to a third party.

Any costs incurred for the shipment of a prize will be borne by the event organizer. Any additional costs associated with claiming a prize shall be borne by the winner. A winner is responsible for any taxes arising from the win.

If a winner does not respond following a request to do so within 1 day, his/her prize can be awarded to another participant.

Terminating the competition

The event organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving any reason. This applies in particular to any situation that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

Recourse to the law is excluded.
