The project will start on January 1, 2020 with a duration of 32 months. The QFMP will examine the challenges of moving freight countrywide and propose according solutions to address those challenges. Among other information sources, extensive data will be collected through traffic counts and stakeholder surveys among ministries, government authorities and private companies in the freight and logistics industry to develop traffic models and logistics scenarios for horizon years up to 2050.
