Whole-of-Business Review Queensland Rail, Australia

DB E&C carried out a comprehensive investigation of Queensland Rail as a whole with the aim of identifying direct and indirect risks that threaten business continuity. All business areas were examined, including project and risk management, personnel management and corporate culture, operating and safety procedures, and maintenance and repair processes.

• Conducting over 70 interviews with upper and middle management
• Visits to workshops, transport centres and computer centres
