Urban Mobility Competence Hub in India

In response to this growing demand, the launch of the Urban Mobility Competence Hub in Delhi marks a crucial step in driving the transformation of urban transport across India. In a joint initiative between DB Engineering & Consulting and the European Investment Bank (EIB), the UMCH aims to support India’s fast-growing cities in developing sustainable and efficient urban transportation systems.

Central to its mission is the transfer of knowledge, blending European best practices and technical expertise with local needs to make a lasting impact on urban projects within the country. DB E&C’s role in the Urban Mobility Competence Hub is crucial as we bring decades of experience in rail and infrastructure projects.
